Returns two numbers representing the current h and v location of the cursor, separated by a comma.  If you really wanted the mouse's location at the time of the  the most recent click, use "the clickLoc".  See also The mouseH, the mouseV.  

All HyperTalk coordinates are measured from the top left of the card window.  The loc of the card window itself is measured from the top left of the screen 
(different only when you have a larger screen).
